My dad and I were talking on the phone the other day, and he asked me how things were going at the office.  I told him that things have been going well.  My boss had just put me in charge of the affiliate marketing department.  When he asked me what that was, I told him that I would have to send him the “Affiliate Marketing Explained” information that I give out to our employees.  I explained that it had to do with marketing through the web.  I knew that he would have to read the information before he really grasped it.
