I know that my business is doing great when I have to hire someone else to do the collections for me. In my business I am a professional with what I do and what I deliver. I have no idea what the proper etiquette is on getting payment for such services. That is why I firmly believe in a factoring business. They are the professionals that will pay you up front and your business never has to rely on someone else paying a bill on time. The small percentage that I pay them is worth it to have money the same day.
