Before you start to advertise your piano lessons to the public consider a few things to make sure you are a hundred percent committed to teaching piano. Do you have the time to commit to teach up to 7 or 8 hours a day if you plan to make piano teaching your main source of living?

Are you willing to take the usual pay a piano teacher receives for piano lessons?  Will you be able to take people’s reaction once you tell them that you teach piano for a living? Most people don’t think that teaching piano it is a sophisticated kind of job.
