I, like many others, have had my share of frustrations with Windows Vista.  It seems that there have been more compatibility issues with other software than with previous versions of Windows.  Fortunately many of those things seem to be getting worked out over time.  The latest thing was the way Vista interacted with my older version of ares.  I did a little research and found out that there is a newer version available that avoids some of the problems I had encountered.  Bit by bit things are catching up and Vista and the rest of the world seem to be getting along better now.

I really want to get in better shape so I don’t get so worn out when I am trying to play with my kids. They are so active it doesn’t take long for me to start getting fatigued. I need some more muscle so I can lift them up and carry them around a bit more. I am wondering whether a program like Burn the Fat Feed the Muscle would help me with this. I need to get in better cardiovascular shape as well as building muscle, and I am not sure whether this program is designed for that. Does anyone know?
