Ok, that is not really what I meant to write about, but the big money lenders are definitely cleaning up and are quite arrogant about it too. A few quarters ago Wells Fargo bragged about posting record profits. Keep in mind, this was just after they received several billion dollars in bail out funds and talked the economy so far into the ground that they borrow money from the government for nearly zero percent interest! And, then turn around and charge Americans a five percent bump to borrow their own money!

I may be some small time Boise real estate agent, but this just doesn’t make sense.

After I had been at my new position for over 7 years, I started to get a bit tired of the same day to day action. I actually wanted to get back on the floor and start issuing loans to major corporations. If I could issue a jumbo loan to a major corporation then I would be set. The commission off of the loan, could allow me to retire a happy and successful women. I was getting old, I was past my prime and I was fulfilled. There was nothing that was holding me back I done everything I set out to do.

Fifteen years ago, we got a bank mortgage on our house to make improvements that the house badly needed. We decided that we wanted to try for a VA streamline refinance loan. When we went to the lender to talk to someone about it, we found that the bank would have to subordinate their loan. in order to get a VA refinance, they must be the only loan on the home. The bank wasn’t happy but they understood and finally agreed. The second mortgage through the bank was incorporated into my new loan so that everyone would be happy in the end. We were the most happy because our rate went way down.

Round three was SK-EU vs. Pandemic. Pandemic was running a TSG team, also known as triple plate, which is Holy Paladin + Unholy Death Knight + Arms Warrior. That team is what is known as “complete and utter face-roll”, as it takes very little skill and still achieves great success against teams like RMP. Some say it is impossible for RMP to beat a good TSG, so SK-EU ran RLD instead. They crushed Pandemic in a straight 3 game shutout. It was amazing to watch the Warlock on SK pound the Arms Warrior with DoT’s and spam fear the Holy Paladin. For this game, my mom watched from our Rockport TX Real Estate for Sale.

Last week I took the week off from work to help my friend Candy paint her house. Candy just moved into her house last month after getting one of the FHA loans Arizona.  Candy told me that she didn’t expect me to take off work to help her, but I told her I wanted to. The first room we painted was her living room. We painted it a light tan color. Cindy did all the trim work while I rolled the paint on the center of the walls. After we were done with the living room we painted her bedroom. This was really fun, because we sponge painted it instead of using a roller to paint it.

Most people associate tampa bay florida and Clearwater florida as the same place. It is however not the same. Clearwater is a small city outside of tampa which is known for its beautiful water and real estate on the water. This is something that I would not wish on my worst enemies.

And I am not talking about the rapper. I am talking about watching this stuff on television. When you are looking for investments you have a few choices.  A good investment is something that will be in high demand for the years to come.  Companies can come and go but owning a tangible item is something you can count on.  Land investments are a great investment because of this.  The population is always growing and we cannot produce more land.  That makes land investments a unique opportunity.  People will always want and need land.  In a supply and demand situation this makes for a good investment.  You may want to consider investing in land for your future.

The economy isn’t in the greatest shape, and everyone, including me, is looking to save money.  I decided that one way I could save some money was to refinance my home loan and get a lower interest rate.  I did a lot of researching, and I ended up finding out about the VA streamline refinancing program.  It just so happens that I’m a veteran, so I qualify.  I called the number on the website, and I was told more about the program.  Everything sounded great to me, so I went ahead with it.  I now have a lower interest rate, so I’ll be saving a lot of money in the long run!

My dad is a tailor, and his home is packed with clothes now. He is too lazy to store his designs elsewhere, so I think it’d be best that he buy a new home that can accomodate space for his creatings and at the same time for his normal living quarters. He’s always been used to keeping his designs in his own house, so I think that this is for the best. I looked at the Homes in Totowa and it looks like they have a house with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and plenty of space in the study and storage.
