aluminum/alloy Easton Synergy Flex bats
Baseball today has become one of the most watched sports in America and it has also become one of the most debated sports. Several things have been debated as to what players are allowed to do with their personal life when not on the diamond to what they use to improve their skills on the diamond. Once of the longest debates, which is still going today, has to do with the bats that the players use. Way back in the 1850s, players used to make their own bats. They were able to experiment with several different types. They tried flat bats, round bats, and heavy bats only to discover that the barrel shaped bat would be the most effective. Everyone seemed to agree on that but the debate started when the aluminum bats were introduced in the 1970s. Colleges decided that it was too cost effective to constantly replace the wooden bats and switched to these new bats. A lot of people agree that the aluminum bats elevate the game to an exciting level because of more home runs and a faster pace. However, many people also think that they should do away with the high tech aluminum/alloy Easton Synergy Flex bats because they claim you had to be a better player to get a high batting average with wooden bats. It seems as though this debate will last a bit longer as college still prefer the aluminum bats and do not seem to be switching back to the “old way” of baseball anytime soon.
