They are also often the center peice of youe entire physique. But you also have to make sure that you are very carefull in the way that you train them. They are involved in just about every exercise that you are going to do for your upper body. I like dumbell workouts for my shoulders because they offer more safety in ypour lifts. It should be all about control when you are working your shoulders.
