After my third child was born I had a terrible time. There was a pain in back that just didn’t want to go away. I saw my doctor, who gave me a few really easy exercises to do. He also told me that I should put heat on my back. He said that a heating pad a few minutes a day would do a lot of good. I tried the heating pad and it was like a little slice of heaven! I started to do the exercises and then I would put the pad on my back. The pain is now almost completely gone.
