Ultrasound technology has been around and used for many decades and has been an important and vital part of medicine with its many useful applications in various fields. Of course over the years the quality and abilities of these machines has improved dramatically and technology is even still constantly improving the range and capabilities of ultrasound imaging machines. There are many poorer hospitals and doctors, even OB GYNs who have not had the opportunity or chance to use an ultrasound machine because of financial or technical limitations. However, advances are making it possible for more hospitals and clinics to use these devices.Thankfully one of the most important advances with this technology is the development of the portable-ultrasound machine.
