Own and Register Your Land
I live in Montana, and there is a lot of land to buy. My wife thinks that I am crazy to buy up more and more land in what she calls desolate areas. But, I know this will pay off someday. With the use of electronic registered conveyancing, the process of transferring land title makes the process that much easier. I go out to where I can see the stars, and if I like what I see, I buy up the land and get the title transferred to me. I own a good chunk of Montana by now, since I have been doing this for forty years.
