This past January of 2009. I weighed 250 pounds and had a lot of Stomach Fat. I was overweight by more than 60 pounds. We usually have this basketball tournament every year and it was my first time to join.

When I was younger I was a varsity player fit and disciplined. That tournament made me realize what I have done to myself.

I smoked and drank a lot during those days. I ate too much and had no exercise at all. The result I just couldn’t raise the level of my game. I was so disappointed because I was barely a shadow of my former self. So I started running, quit smoking and drinking and now I am down to 190 pounds. It is a great feeling. I have lost 60 pounds in the last 8 months and I am healthier than ever.
