Looking to Get in Shape
I really want to get in better shape so I don’t get so worn out when I am trying to play with my kids. They are so active it doesn’t take long for me to start getting fatigued. I need some more muscle so I can lift them up and carry them around a bit more. I am wondering whether a program like Burn the Fat Feed the Muscle would help me with this. I need to get in better cardiovascular shape as well as building muscle, and I am not sure whether this program is designed for that. Does anyone know?
