Outdoor Personal Training
I don’t have much spare time and really don’t want to waste it. I find it hard enough as it is to find time to train let alone add travel or waste time on the wrong exercises. I have a park right across the road form my house so I do outdoor personal training two to three times a week. My trainer is there early has all the gear set up, has reviewed my last session, we discuss my recent dietary achievements and training homework while stretching and then we are into the exercise. I don’t always love being pushed but it does get results. If I bludge or fake exhaustion generally he catches me out and if he doesn’t I am really only cheating myself.
