Software is Always a Big Hit with Kids
My friend Suzy’s daughter had been struggling with reading and comprehension. I recommended Suzy purchase phonics software, which can be very useful when a child is struggling. She called me yesterday and told me her daughter loves the software but best of all, it is really helping her comprehend what she reads. She has done very well on her last two test scores and continues to improve. I think this kind of software is so vital, children know computers, so giving them something they can relate to even when it is educational, seems to work. Just sitting down with a book can be useful but the software always seems to be a big hit.
