If you want to perform a new type of leapfrog jump, then try this. Squat down and face that side instead of straight ahead. Jump to the side as far as you can without falling. If you fall do not worry, though. Just get back up and keep going. Once you get to the end, face the same direction that you were facing and jump back the other way. If you do this correctly you should work your legs very effectively. There are a lot of different jumping exercises that you can do that are variations, and this is just another one.
