On My Own
I started running on a loaned treadmill. My aunt had a treadmill that she needed stored and I offered to “store” it at my place. I began by following a 5k training guide online and followed the steps every day. I actually found that weight that had been so hard for me to lose was literally falling off my body. I was getting slimmer and healthier. I found that running provided a personal time for myself to let off some steam from stresses caused throughout the day. It was also a good way to lower my stress level at the beginning of the day, too.
